Hi! I’m Mauriel! But I’ve been called Mojo by my friends and family for longer than I can remember.

Following 10 years in the surfing industry and a few more in construction I decided it was time to make a change and find something that could meld my two biggest passions together - surfing and woodworking. In the late summer of 2021 I found myself in Scotland attending the Chippendale International School of Furniture where I was able to hone my woodworking skills and learned a thing or two about fine furniture design and making. Now I find myself splitting my time between Scotland and California, living the dream and making sustainable surf craft and furniture. If I’m not in the workshop, then I’m out in nature hopefully scoring some waves. Maybe I’ll see you out there!
